KW Marketing Consultants is not an ad agency. Ad agencies employ a creative team that is on staff 24/7 and companies hire them to do their marketing for them. Those companies typically have someone like a VP of Sales and Marketing to direct and manage the efforts of their ad agency which usually (hopefully) leads to a very effective sales and marketing program.

However, there are companies that do not have a dedicated person to perform that function either because they are not ready for a full-time person or they need someone to run their marketing until they find that perfect full time candidate.
